Learning a new language can be an arduous journey. Recalling phrases like "Hello" will seem like a monumental climb up Mt. Everest. Berlitz's language guides aim to improve that process.

Having learnt (and forgotten) a foreign language before, I wanted to help players remember the words better. By separating the letters and making them 'look out' for it before they 'acquire' it, they will have better recallability of the word. 

As the level increases, players get more phrases to conquer as they vie for the quickest time to complete that word. As they submit their high

score, they stand a chance to qualify for the Grand Draw - a trip for two to the country of which the language they scored for.
